Artifact smart upgrading

Update v3.0.1:

• Lower the upgrade efficiency check(75%->60%)

Update v2.2.0:

• Smart upgrading has 3 levels。
• Smart level 1: upgrade artifacts to level 3, keep it if bot detects a valuable sub stats upgrade, otherwise sell it
• Smart level 2: upgrade artifacts to level 6, keep it if bot detects a valuable sub stats upgrade, otherwise sell it
• Smart level 3: upgrade artifacts to level 9, keep it if bot detects a valuable sub stats upgrade, otherwise sell it

Artifact smart upgrading apply to ALL ARTIFACTS（Legend artifacts included）

How it works:

• Find artifacts valuable sub stats, sell it if no valuable sub stats found.
• Upgrade artifact to level 3，sell it if it doesn’t upgrade valuable sub stats.
• Sell it if sub stats upgrade value less than 60% MAX upgrade value(60% efficiency)
• Repeat to level 6 or above
• keep the artifact.

Valuable sub stats：

• Additional damage by speed/atk%/hp%/def%
• Recovery enhance skill 1/2/3
• Crit damage enhance skill 1/2/3
• Accuracy enhance skill 1/2/3
